Requirements:, University degree in a relevant field., Professional experience in labor economics, HR controlling, personnel planning, or a comparable area., Solid knowledge of controlling, technical statistics, business processes, and HR-related analyses., Practical experience with SAP and HR controlling tools., Proficient use of modern office communication technology and application software., Very good knowledge of:, SAP and HR systems, Data protection and work regulations, Operating instructions and tables, Collective bargaining agreements and MTV, Legal basis and corporate strategies, Analyses and reporting instruments, Fluent in German and English (B2/C1 level), Behavioral Competencies:, Result-oriented approach with a focus on achieving agreed objectives., Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks., Team-oriented mindset with a customer- and stakeholder-focused approach., Decisive, solution-oriented working style with the ability to plan and manage work independently., Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal., High stress resilience and adaptability to changing situations and priorities., Structured working style with strong planning and organizational skills., High accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring quality and compliance.
