Anforderungen
Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational HR role in a production environment, University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field, Good knowledge of English, both verbal and in writing, Willingness to work from our office in Krzyżowice (near Wrocław), Ability to work independently and comfort in making decisions when required, Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively, Strong drive, responsibility, and high integrity, Adaptability to changing environments and establishing new processes, Motivation to support managers with everything from complex issues to daily HR tasks, Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively, Valuing what we do and alignment with our values., Experience with warehouses and e-commerce environment, Proficiency in Excel or Google sheets
