  • Scope of duties:

    • *Comprehensive management of the HR function, covering both strategic and operational activities
    • *Developing and implementing HR strategy to support the company’s growth
    • *Independently managing and developing key HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management)
    • *Building and improving HR tools, processes, and standards
    • *Supporting managers in making people-related decisions and managing their teams
    • *HR administration and payroll
    • *Shaping compensation and benefits policies and participating in HR budget planning
    • *Ensuring efficient HR and payroll operations in cooperation with external service providers
    • *Ensuring compliance with labor law and current regulations
    • *Building employee engagement and supporting a positive organizational culture
    • *Identifying development needs and initiating employee development activities
    • *Analyzing HR data and preparing insights and recommendations for management
    • *Participating in organizational projects and change initiatives
    • *Responding to ongoing organizational needs in the area of people management
  • Requirements:

  • *Higher education (preferred fields: Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Economics, or related)

  • *Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including a leadership role

  • *Experience in independently managing HR processes

  • *Very good knowledge of labor law

  • *Experience in working with management staff and senior leadership

  • *Ability to develop and implement HR strategies

  • *Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • *Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively

  • *Self-reliance, proactivity, and strong organizational skills

  • *English proficiency at a minimum C1 level
