HR Operations Team Leader Nordic (M/F/D)

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, another relevant field, or equivalent experience., Solid experience from a leadership role managing mid to large sized teams, including responsibility for recruitment, development, task allocation, and performance management., Experience working with and improving People Experience processes; PX/HR operational experience is required., High proficiency in English, written and spoken. Swedish language will be a solid advantage., Experience with HR digital tools is an advantage., High level presentation capabilities and clear communication skills., Experience working in an international environment will be considered an asset., Willingness and ability to travel when required (< 10%).
