HR Service Representative (Temporary Contract for 18 months)

Experience in HR administration, HR Operations, or Employee Lifecycle processes (Shared Services environment will be an advantage),, Knowledge of Polish labour law and understanding of the Polish employee lifecycle,, Bachelor’s or University degree, preferably in HR or HR-related fields,, At least 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources (HR Operations, HR Administration, Employee Lifecycle, Tier 1 or Tier 2 support),, Experience in transition or transformation projects will be an advantage,, MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of additional tools is a plus),, Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,, Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills,, Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with virtual teams,, High level of integrity and attention to detail,, Fluency in English; additional European language will be an advantage.
