HR Services Team Leader

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, another relevant field, or equivalent experience, Solid experience from a leadership role managing mid to large sized teams, including responsibility for recruitment, development, task allocation, and performance management, Experience working with and improving People Experience processes; PX/HR operational experience is required, High proficiency in English, written and spoken. Swedish language will be a solid advantage, High level presentation capabilities and clear communication skills, Experience with HR digital tools is an advantage, Experience working in an international environment will be considered an asset
