Tasks

1. Develop HR planning and annual personnel budgets for overseas subsidiaries.

2. Research and interpret local labor laws and policies; establish and continuously optimize HR management systems.

3. Lead recruitment for overseas teams and manage daily HR operations.

4. Organize performance evaluations and manage payroll execution.

5. Select and manage local HR service providers; maintain relationships with local labor authorities to mitigate labor risks.

6. Support the General Manager in administrative matters and execute HR-related tasks assigned by headquarters.

Profile

1. Bachelor's degree or above; minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (overseas experience preferred).

2. Chinese als mother language. Fluent in English and German.

3. Strong learning capability and execution ability.

4. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability.
