Possess good human qualities and strong work ethic., Have solid experience within the wind-industry., You have experience with investigation methodologies such as Taproot, 5why, fault tree analysis etc., Be comfortable reading and understanding technical specifications as well as standards., Have 5 or more years industry/professional experience., You are a teamplayer – have a positive attitude towards people., Have good knowledge of a problem-solving mindset and a keen focus on continuous improvement., Be robust, calm and balanced., Hold good knowledge of ISO systems., Are highly motivated and thrive in an independent role., Are motivated by working autonomously and can take the initiative to make decisions., Have knowledge and experience in the use of the usual IT tools, Ability to organize work time and structure., Have a positive attitude and commitment to work., Be able to write, speak and understand English., Hold a recognised HSE qualification such as NEBOSH or equivalent., Collaborate well across different levels with an ability to build and maintain health working relationships
