Incentives & Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support a global gaming retail business. In this role, you will execute the core processes behind global incentive and marketing programs. You will work hands-on with program operations, processing high-volume claims, validating program requirements, and ensuring accuracy across reporting, proof of execution, and payments. This is a client-facing role with a strong emphasis on organization, quality, and partner support. Responsibilities:Program Administration – Operations FocusedProcess and track multiple incentive programs, offers, and marketing claims, ensuring timely reporting and proof of execution.Process a high volume of claims using CRM systems, data analytics, and other enterprise tools.Provide high-quality support to key partners and internal teams.Hold partners and internal teams accountable for deliverables.Act as a subject matter expert on program specifics for both partners and internal teams.Analysis & AuditEnsure claims and payments are accurate and compliant with audit standards.Provide data analysis and reporting for internal and external business reviews.Qualifications:2–5+ years of experience in operations, incentives, partner programs, or marketing/sales support.Strong organizational skills and comfort with high-volume transactional workflows.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with enterprise toolsets such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.High attention to detail with a passion for quality and process management.Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with global teams.Why work with usBenefit Café with various categories like sport, leisure, books, etcFamily-like environment and personal attention to each specialistInteresting projects with innovative productsCompetitive salary and regular reviewsThe work-life balance you deserve.
