What we achieve togetherYou will drive the development of innovative BI solutions, collaborating closely with our commercial stakeholders to meet their evolving data needs.You will build, optimize, and enhance BI architecture and dashboards utilizing SAP BW, Datasphere, and SAC, transforming data into actionable insights.You will support migration projects and BI rollouts within our organization, ensuring seamless business and technical integration.You will define standards and guidelines to maintain high-quality BI systems that are sustainable and scalable.You will train key users and document processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy within the team.You will actively shape Vaillant's BI transformation journey by exploring new technologies and implementing best practices.What makes us successful togetherQualification: You have a university degree in business informatics, computer science, or a similar field.Experience: You bring several years of professional experience working in Business Intelligence, specifically with SAP BW and SAP Datasphere environments.Know-how and skills: Your technical expertise includes SAP BW, Datasphere, and SAC, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Nice to have: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and additional BI tools or data modeling skills would be a plus.Personality: You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, eager to share knowledge and collaborate effectively.Language skills: Fluency in English is essential, enabling seamless collaboration across our global teams.What you can count onFlexible work model: adjustable starting times (7:30 – 9:00AM), hybrid work 70/30, and up to 30 days of remote work from abroad from selected countries.Health & Wellness support: private medical care (Medicover), sports card subsidy (Multisport), group insurance (Warta), and ergonomic office spaces.
