Tasks

The Mercedes-Benz Group comprises the divisions Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans as well as Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. The Customer Portfolio Management Team is part of the Customer Data, CRM & Consent Management department. Our mission is to deliver a high‑quality customer experience and, in doing so, ensure long‑term customer loyalty.

We place the customer at the center of everything we do. To achieve this, we focus on standardizing processes, supporting the implementation of our CRM systems, and driving the change management process across our global markets. We are a truly international department, bringing together colleagues from more than 10 different nationalities. Our teams are based in Stuttgart and Singapore, enabling close cross‑regional collaboration.

Our office is located in Stuttgart‑Vaihingen and follows a modern open office / free seating concept that fosters collaboration, flexibility, and knowledge sharing.

These challenges await you:

  • Assist and support international projects within the Customer Portfolio Management Team
  • Support change management activities across the entire department, helping to drive adoption and ensure sustainable implementation
  • Assist with project management tasks, including the planning, coordination, and documentation of meetings and workshops
  • Prepare, structure, and present information in a clear and concise manner for different stakeholder groups
  • Maintain and further develop information platforms and knowledge libraries (e.g. Confluence) to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Financial Services, After‑Sales, IT, Marketing, Vans, and Legal
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitive activities to support strategic decision‑making

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Qualifications

  • Working towards a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar Degrees
  • Good knowledge of German and English (written / spoken), other language as an asset
  • Ideally previous relevant experience in Marketing / Sales / Customer Management
  • Team player and good analytical skills
  • Structured and flexible
  • Communicative and proactive
  • Responsible accurate person with intercultural competencies
