For our client, Structura360 Sp. z o.o., we are looking for a:International Sales Representative (f/m)Job DescriptionAs an International Sales Representative, you are responsible for the commercial development and sales of outdoor advertising products (such as advertising structures, illuminated signs, façades and signage solutions), street furniture as well as architectural products, including balustrades and balcony railings. Operating from Poland, you manage and expand an international customer portfolio consisting of end clients, distributors, project developers, contractors, and architects.You combine active new business development with relationship management and work closely with our internal team to deliver customized solutions across international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new customers and markets internationallyManage and grow existing international client relationshipsPrepare, present and negotiate quotations and contractsMonitor market trends and identify commercial opportunitiesRepresent the company at international trade fairs and client meetingsAdvise customers on technical and design-oriented product solutionsCollaborate with engineering and production teams on custom projectsCoordinate the full sales process from inquiry to order confirmationSafeguard margins, delivery schedules and customer satisfactionAchieve sales revenue and margin targetsProvide sales reports, forecasts and market feedbackContribute to commercial strategy and product development initiativesJob RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s level working and thinking ability (commercial, technical or construction-related background preferred)Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an international B2B sales roleExperience in outdoor advertising, construction, metal, or architectural products is a strong advantageStrong commercial and negotiation skillsTechnical understanding and ability to sell technical productsIndependent, proactive and results-driven mindsetExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalEnglish: fluentPolish: fluentGerman: an advantageInternationally minded with strong cultural awarenessEntrepreneurial, hands-on attitudeAnalytical and solution-orientedStrong relationship builder with persuasive skillsWhat We OfferChallenging international position based in PolandCompetitive salary with performance-based bonusOpportunities for international travelDynamic and growing organizationRoom for initiative, ownership and professional development
