Investment Manager - CEE Investment team

3–5+ years of experience in investment management, corporate development, transaction advisory, or a related field, Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Law, or a related discipline, Proven track record in capital raising and joint venture structuring (real estate experience strongly preferred), Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills, Experience managing complex transactions with multiple stakeholders, Solid understanding of legal and financial aspects of investment transactions, Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset, Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, CFA or other professional qualification is a plus, Knowledge of the Polish real estate market is an advantage, Fluency in English (additional CEE languages are a plus)
