Project/Client: FintechLocation: EUStart Date: ASAPDuration: 12 monthsLanguage: EnglishRole overview: We are looking for a hands-on iOS Engineer to join our mobile team and build secure, scalable applications that enhance customers’ financial experiences within a regulated environment. The role focuses on delivering high-quality iOS solutions using a SwiftUI-first stack, collaborating across product and engineering teams, and ensuring applications meet performance, usability, and security standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build mobile applications for the iOS platform using SwiftUI and MVVM design patternCollaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to define and implement new featuresEnsure application performance, quality, and responsiveness align with functional and design specificationsMaintain and improve the existing SwiftUI codebase with focus on performance and reliabilityPublish and manage applications on the Apple App StoreWrite clean, maintainable, and testable codeMonitor and address production issues, crashes, and bugsContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiencyMust-Have RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience developing and releasing iOS applicationsProficient in Swift and SwiftUISolid understanding of iOS architecture, design patterns, and development best practicesExperience with RESTful APIs, push notifications, and cloud messagingComfortable using Git and modern CI/CD toolsStrong debugging and performance tuning skillsPortfolio of applications available on the App Store (please include links)Nice to HaveExperience working on fintech or secure transaction-based applicationsKnowledge of backend development (e.g., Java / Spring Boot)Understanding of compliance and security considerations in mobile developmentNote: We’ll be in touch only with candidates who move forward to the next stage.
