IT Architect (Cloud & Infrastructure Transformation)

Tech stack: Azure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Vmware, Solid experience in IT architecture, infrastructure, or cloud-related roles, Practical understanding of cloud environments (Azure preferred, but not required) and hybrid architectures, Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation practices, Broad technical background across infrastructure, systems, and networks, Ability to work across different domains (infrastructure, cloud, basic security awareness), Experience working in transformation environments (e.g., legacy to cloud) is a strong plus, Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders (business & IT), A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership, Mostly remote work - visit the office once per 1-2 weeks (Cieszyn area), Fluent English
