Requirements:

  • At least 2-year experience in a similar position, including dealing with editing and layout of documents and working in SharePoint;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint;
  • Fluent English min.B2 - work completely in English;
  • Education: successfully completed secondary education related to the business needs, IT area preferred.

Job description:

  • to answer queries and provide support to users (helpdesk support);
  • to manage user accounts and access to software applications;
  • to test new functionalities in the software tools developed in-house;
  • to support software development activities
  • to extract and provide operational data from software applications; (knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power BI would be an advantage;
  • to identify and evaluate operational reporting requirements;
  • to gather and log user feedback from software users;
  • to support in administrative tasks when required
