Must-have experience, • Experience coordinating across multiple technical disciplines simultaneously, • Comfortable managing projects where scope, dependencies, and stakeholders are genuinely complex, • Ability to build and maintain delivery plans that teams actually follow - not shelf documents, • Strong risk identification and escalation discipline - you surface problems early, not after they become crises, • Experience introducing or improving delivery practices in teams that were not previously structured - you have built something, not just run something, , Ways of working, • Work closely with team leads who currently operate without a senior management layer above them, • High ownership mentality - you treat project outcomes as your personal responsibility, • Clear, structured communicator - written and verbal; you keep stakeholders informed without overwhelming them, • Decisive under ambiguity - you can make a call with incomplete information and course-correct as needed, • Change-agent by nature - you are not satisfied with 'this is how we've always done it'; you look for better ways and bring people with you, • Process-minded but not bureaucratic - you introduce structure where it helps, not everywhere, • Technically fluent - you do not need to code, but you must understand enough to have credible conversations with engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams, • Experience in gaming, or other regulated on-premise software environments, • Familiarity with hardware-integrated software deployments, • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (valued but not required)
