We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to take full ownership of IT recruitment projects and work closely with both our internal teams and clients.Your responsibilitiesSourcing candidates that match the defined profile using both internal ATS systems and external platforms (LinkedIn, social media, databases, networking, etc.),Professionally and efficiently screening candidates to identify the right fit for each role,Preparing recommendation lists that meet client requirements and internal standards,Conducting interviews,Managing candidates throughout the entire recruitment process – from first contact to offer stage,Collaborating closely with other teams and departments.RequirementsSomeone who:Has at least 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment (either in an agency or in-house),Is confident running end-to-end recruitment processes independently,Knows how to use sourcing tools and techniques effectively,Is a strong team player but can also manage tasks autonomously,Is well-organized, communicative, and results-driven.
