Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an IT Recruiter to join us and support hiring across different teams, technologies, and locations for a full-time (40 hours per week) position in Romania. It is a hands-on role focused on active sourcing, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering a great candidate experience. You will mainly work with technical roles, though non-technical positions may also appear from time to time. The hiring scope covers multiple countries across Europe. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter in a tech or outsourcing environment Strong hands-on experience with sourcing and candidate evaluation. Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring market dynamics. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and stay organized. Proactive, result-oriented, and self-driven individual. The ability to stay flexible and comfortable while working in a fast-changing environment. Strong interest in the tech industry. Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English. Responsibilities Own the full recruitment cycle: from intake to offer stage. Actively source, screen, and assess candidates using various channels and tools. Work closely with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on hiring priorities. Create and optimize job descriptions and job postings. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs. Ensure SLA compliance and timely delivery. Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and suggest improvements. Contribute to improving recruitment workflows and internal processes. Anticipate hiring risks and labor market changes. Mentor and support junior recruiters when needed. Collect feedback from candidates and stakeholders to continuously improve the hiring experience.
