About the project
Your responsibilities
- whole IT support, including helpdesk and first level contact; responding to and resolving technical problems within worldwide entities
- performing software installations, hardware deployments, system rebuilds
- participation in implementation and testing of new IT systems
- cooperation with external IT providers
- maintenance of IT documentation
Our requirements
- fluent written and spoken English skills (B2 level is a must)
- availability to work between 10 am - 6pm (preferably)
- experience in an internal IT department
- good knowledge of Microsoft Systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure
- understanding of network infrastructure
- flexible, solution - oriented approach and a "can-do" attitude
- strong communication, organizational and planning skills
