Technologies we use

Your responsibilities

  • Support customers through technical help desk
  • installation and configuration of HW equipment
  • Installation of SW solutions (virtual machines, Operating Systems, antivirus, ...)
  • Troubleshoot issues spanning multiple systems and technologies.
  • Contact with local customers and providers

Our requirements

  • (Medium) Microsoft Administration: experience and knowledge about Windows Domain (Azure & On-premise), o365, Exchange Online, Windows 11 and experience in Troubleshooting (helpdesk).
  • (Medium) Hardware Environments: experience and knowledge about rackmounting elements in a cabinet, Installing and configuring different hardware elements (servers, KVMs, switches, etc), design HW Systems and cabling/labeling.
  • (Medium)Linux Administration: (multiple Distributions) knowledge about the systems and Linux commands.
  • (Basic) Virtual Environments: knowledge about Virtual Machines and Virtualization operating systems (mainly VMWare)
  • (Basic) Networking: knowledge about network devices, how they work and troubleshooting Network commands.
