We are looking for an

IT Support Specialist (gn)

part-time (20 hours per week), to start in June 2026. As cover for a parental leave, the contract will be limited for 9 months.

Your tasks

• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via ticketing system, phone, email, and in person
• Install and maintain network and server hardware components
• Manage and maintain internal software distribution system
• Install and maintain printers and video conferencing systems
• Create and maintain user accounts in all IT systems
• Maintain inventory database
• Create and maintain user manuals and IT internal support documents
• Collaboration in projects related to IT service operations

Your profile

• High IT affinity and proven service desk or IT administration experience
• Ability to safely lift and transport IT hardware (including servers, networking devices, and desktop systems) and perform on-site installation and setup
• Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and common client applications (e.g. MS Office incl. MS Teams and Zoom)
• Basic knowledge of MS Active Directory and user account maintenance as well as access rights management (incl. GPOs)
• Independent and reliable way of working
• High motivation and hands-on mentality
• Ability to work in a team
• High service orientation
• Very good written and spoken English
