IT Support Specialist - Copenhagen

emagine is looking for a Danish-speaking IT Support Specialist to support an international client in Copenhagen.This is a hands-on, end-user–focused role where you will be the primary point of contact for IT support in the Copenhagen office. You will ensure that employees — including senior leaders — have reliable, well-configured equipment and fast support when issues arise, keeping daily operations running smoothly.You’ll work closely with the business, handling everything from onboarding and device setup to incident resolution, VIP support, and proactive maintenance of workplace IT.ResponsibilitiesDeliver and configure laptops, phones, and accessories for new hiresSet up user accounts and ensure correct access rightsProvide phone support via the IT hotlineLog and manage tickets in Jira with clear prioritization and progress updatesPerform proactive health checks on end-user devices and meeting room equipmentProvide VIP support for senior leadership in a professional mannerWork within SLA frameworks and coordinate with external vendorsManage software licenses and monitor renewalsKey requirements4+ years of experience in IT support, comfortable supporting executive/VIP usersSolid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and IntuneExperience working with Jira or similar IT service desk toolsFluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)Clear and professional communicator, able to stay calm under pressureWell-organized, detail-focused, and able to prioritize in busy periodsService-minded, positive, and approachableStart date: ASAPDuration: 6 months + option for extensionWorkload: 100%Location: Copenhagen (onsite, 5 days per week)
