What you will do

How you will get the job done

• analysing business requirements in Procurement and translate them into system requirements, including the documentation of relevant IT system solutions
• implementing system changes (Coupa and SAP MM) in the respective applications to ensure the commercial success of projects
• defining and documenting requirement standards and quality objectives in close coordination with key stakeholders, including Procurement, Accounting/Accounting, and IT
• providing service-oriented and competent 3rd level support to departments, analyse production errors and document changes, and help deploying them to IT system solutions
• working with business team to complete acceptance testing and participate in integration testing
• participating in production support/ duty rotation including weekend and off-hour support coverage
• providing Solution Delivery Methodology artefacts associated with application components
• participating in technical reviews at appropriate stages of development

Requirements

• fluency in English
• university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Insurance, Organization, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics
• solid knowledge of methods and procedures in the software development process, particularly in requirements engineering, as well as experience in customizing and administering Coupa and SAP MM
• experience with Coupa and its administration, such as creating approval chains for invoice verification and setting up company codes/charts of accounts
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment
• willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing requirements
• proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options
