IT Technician

Education, • Technical education or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, • Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience will be considered an advantage, , Experience, • Previous experience in an IT Technician / IT Support role, • Hands-on experience supporting end users in a corporate or shared services environment, • Experience working with an IT Service Desk model and ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) is an asset, , Technical Skills, • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint Online), • Experience with end-user hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, and printers, • Basic understanding of networking, cabling, and local IT infrastructure, • Familiarity with meeting room and video conferencing systems, • Experience with IT asset management and documentation, , Languages, • English – working proficiency (minimum B2 level), Soft / Behavioral Skills, • Strong customer service and problem solving mindset, • Good communication skills and ability to support users with varying technical knowledge, • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, • Attention to detail and good organizational skills, • Willingness to perform hands-on, on site support activities
