You'll always have the opportunity to consult with highly experienced team members, including our senior architects who are ready to share their expertise.What you will do: As part of our team, you'll:Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring BootWork on both international and domestic projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to build full-stack solutionsCreate clean, efficient code and technical documentationEngage in code reviews and share knowledge with peersWhat we are looking for:3+ years of hands-on experience as a Java DeveloperExperience with front-end development (like React)Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise for building microservicesKnowledge of a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular)Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)Experience with JMS and KafkaNice to know BPM platforms like Camunda, Flowable or ActivityExperience in working with Git and CI/CDStrong experience with microservices architectureProducing high-quality code and technical documentationProficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clientsHigher technical education (Information Technology or related)What we offer:Salary: 12 000 – 17 000 PLN (UZ or B2B)Training and certification funding, with time for learning during working hoursPrivate medical care: MedicoverMultisportLanguage classes (English)Flexible working hoursTeam meetings and integration eventsReferral bonus for recommending a new employeePossibility of hybrid work from our office in Warsaw
