Previous professional experience in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, L&D, or similar areas, Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle, Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies, Passion for improving processes and working with digital HR solutions, Very good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders, Good command of English (spoken and written), Readiness for 100% onsite work in the Wroclaw office, Openness to work shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
