Preferably minimum 1 year experience in HR administration or support roles, preferably in SSC/BPO sector, or strong willingness to learn., Excellent interpersonal skills and openness., Detail-oriented and proactive: you enjoy getting things right the first time., The ability to communicate confidently in business-level Dutch and English, both spoken and written., Knowledge of the Dutch employment market, including basic understanding of local HR practices and regulations., Familiarity with HR systems and tools such as ADP, HRnest, or similar HRIS platforms.
