Engineers will support connectivity service with operations and monitoring as a supplement to the daily business for the European market of the client.Requirements1+ years of experience in technical support domainGeneral technical background or equivalent educationUnderstanding of standard ITSM processes (log and report incidents/problem)Upper-Intermediate level of EnglishReadiness for night shiftsPersonal ProfileOpen-minded and able to adaptOrganized and structuredAttentive to detailsResponsibilitiesProvide 2-level technical support on out-of-office and weekend basisSecuring agreed service levels in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)Monitoring of Infrastructure and Integration into other systemsIncident and escalation reportingMaintaining and developing positive relationships with customers and colleagues
