Tools & environment:, , • Project and ticket management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira – depending on the project), • Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, • Microsoft Copilot & AI tools, used to:, o support documentation and summaries,, o analyze data and project information,, o improve communication and productivity, (Advanced AI knowledge is not required — openness to using modern tools is key.), , Who we are looking for:, , • A person at an early stage of a career in project management, IT, process, quality, analysis, or operations, • Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive, • Motivated, responsible, and eager to learn, • Comfortable working in an international environment, • Good command of English (daily communication in projects), • Flexible and willing to go on occasional business trips, first experience in IT projects,, familiarity with project or ticketing tools,, interest in quality, process improvement, or automation, German language skills
