Junior Quality Assurance Specialist

Higher professional education (or close to completion)., Interest in quality assurance, business processes, and sustainability., Knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CSRD, TAPA TSR, GDP., Knowledge of business process mapping., Good command of English (at least B2 level)., Analytical mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture., Proactive, structured, and people-oriented approach., Team player who can also work independently and take ownership of tasks., Internal auditor certification for ISO standard(s)., Experience with Lean / Six Sigma or change management., First experience in a quality, compliance, or process-oriented role.
