Junior RPG developer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and enhance applications supporting logistics processes.Analyze and resolve technical issues related to logistics applications and systems.Test newly developed applications and enhancements to ensure quality and functionality.Perform a variety of technical tasks, including troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing system improvements.Create, review, and update technical documentation.Maintain and optimize existing applications, systems, and related logistics processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver effective solutions. Requirements:1,5+ years of programming experience in AS400 (IBM i) RPG and its derivatives (RPGLE, free-format).Strong knowledge of the IBM i operating system and DB2, including CL programming, SEU, DDS, Rational Developer, and SQL.Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.Upper-intermediate English level or higher.Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively.Ability to identify problems and apply basic problem‑solving skills.Willingness to travel for a few days per quarter.Nice to have:Proficiency in Czech or Polish.Working knowledge of logistic environment.We offer:Long-term cooperation.Benefits package (private medical care, sport card co-financing, group life insurance etc).Flexible working environment with almost fully remote work.A collaborative, innovative team culture that emphasizes growth, ownership, and creativity.
