Role OverviewWe are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will support the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment. This role focuses on configuring, extending, and customizing solutions within Salesforce Experience Cloud.ResponsibilitiesConfigure, develop, and enhance features on the Salesforce platform using both declarative and basic programmatic toolsBuild and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud applications using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validation Rules, Lightning Components, LWC, and APIs, following Salesforce best practicesParticipate in team ceremonies, demos, and review sessionsWork within Agile methodologies and adhere to established architecture and coding standardsSupport design, code, and test reviews to help identify issuesRequirements1–3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Experience CloudPractical exposure to building pages and user interfaces in Experience Builder and Lightning App BuilderBasic experience with Aura Components or LWCFamiliarity with Apex triggers or classesStrong understanding of declarative automation: Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow RulesUnderstanding of Salesforce data model concepts, including experience with SOQL and data tools (e.g., Data Loader)Knowledge of Salesforce security basics (Profiles, Permission Sets, sharing concepts)Foundational understanding of Salesforce architecture and development principlesExperience working in Agile or Scrum teamsProficient English and PolishNice to haveExposure to common JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular.js)Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder or Platform Developer What’s in it for you?Join for a role, stay for the development: More than 40% of our team is working with us longer than 5 years.
