Junior Treasury Back Office Specialist

Experience in finance, treasury, banking, or relevant internships is an advantage, as well as a willingness to learn treasury systems and controls., Higher education in in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (or final‑year student)., Fluency in English (min. B2)., Foundational understanding of cash management and banking operations., Accuracy, diligence and ownership; strong numerical and Excel skills., Learning mindset with ability to follow SOPs and controls in a multinational setup., Basic TMS user skills; eagerness to develop in TMS, bank connectivity., Clear communication and collaboration across teams and jurisdictions., Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with at least three days per week spent at the head office in Poznań.
