Anforderungen

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling key customers within the FMCG sector, including participation in at least two full negotiation cycles with top clients, Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful outcomes, Advanced analytical capabilities and strategic business thinking, Creativity, independence, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach, Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, Comfortable working in an international, inclusive environment, Advanced/native proficiency in Polish and a very good command of English (at least B2 level).
