Adecco Poland Sp. z o.o. is an Employment Agency No. 364.   For an international industrial client based in Poland, Adecco is recruiting a Senior Key Account Manager Home Appliances. In this position, you will focus on the Home Appliances Industry and will be responsible for damping and S&B technologies within a defined target market.   We offer: • Opportunity to travel extensively across Europe, enhancing your professional network • Continuous professional development in sales strategy and leadership within an international setting • Salary up to 18 000 PLN gross Key Account Manager (f/m) Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key home appliance manufacturers and their suppliers to drive sales growth and profitability. • Act as the main contact for customers, providing technical advice and ensuring the right product solutions. • Take ownership of sales performance, profitability, and account development for assigned customers. • Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial agreements with key accounts. • Define account strategy and coordinate customer projects in cooperation with internal and international teams. • Ensure smooth execution of projects, including delivery performance, timelines, and quality requirements. • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and risks. • Support customers in daily operations, including technical issue resolution and escalation management when needed. • Manage forecasts, budgets, and regular sales reporting for assigned accounts. Qualifications: • Technical background in engineering, industrial, or automotive-related fields, enabling understanding of customer applications and products. • Around 10 years of experience in Key Account Management or sales with international customers. • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to develop and execute account strategies focused on growth and profitability. • Proactive and independent approach, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose innovative solutions. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable working with customers at different levels. • Fluent English, allowing effective communication in an international environment. • Willingness to travel internationally (around 50%) to support customers and projects on-site.
