Anforderungen
university degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Management), minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG sector or the OOH channel, previous experience in the coffee category and/or a genuine passion for coffee will be a significant asset, strong analytical mindset - the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable conclusions and recommendations, proven ability in strategic planning and long-term business thinking, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, a creative approach to developing sales concepts and marketing materials, fluency in English (C1 level) is a mandatory requirement, proactive, results-oriented, and ready to challenge the status quo, experience working within international structures is highly desirable, prior experience in team management is a plus
