Your responsibilities Organizing production processes; Managing and supervising production shifts; Ensuring the continuity of production processes; Implementing production plans; Reporting production results; Optimizing production for efficiency, quality, and cost control; Collaborating with production preparation and maintenance departments; Verifying production documentation; Participating in creating the Production Department budget and ensuring its implementation; Collaborating with other departments to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources needed for the production process; Conducting periodic assessments of subordinate employees and establishing training plans for them; Carrying out activities in accordance with quality system procedures, initiating and implementing corrective actions. Our requirements Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the Korean industrial manufacturing sector; Higher technical education; Communicative English skills and willingness to communicate in English on a daily basis; A CV in English is preferred.
