higher technical education, experience in working with CAD/PLM systems (Siemens NX and Teamcenter are welcome), ability to think analytically, define problems and propose solutions in industrial processes, independence in organizing work, monitoring project progress and developing concepts in cooperation with the team, high communication competence and experience in inter-company and international cooperation, very good knowledge of English and/or German (min. B1/B2), good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), driving license category B and willingness to travel occasionally (after the implementation period – on average once a month to one of the Polipol Group factories and once a quarter to the headquarters in Diepenau, knowledge of SAP or other ERP system, experience in the furniture industry
