Labor Relations Specialist

Supervisory Responsibilities:, * Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized area and general knowledge of related areas., * May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity., * Leads others to solve complex problems; uses analytical thinking, tools and judgement to identify innovative solutions., , Requirements and Preferred Skills:, * Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field., * Master's degree or specialized certification in European level Labor Relations is highly desirable., * 8-10 years of progressive labor/industrial relations experience within multinational manufacturing organizations, covering Poland., * Experience in M&A activities from an Employee & Labor Relations perspective is highly desirable., * Exceptionally strong negotiation skills, with proven track record of leading collective bargaining processes and union negotiations., * In-depth knowledge of Polish labor laws, European Works Council regulations, and EU social directives., * Fluent in English & Polish (mandatory)., * Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels., * Demonstrated capability to work across diverse cultural and legal environments., * Excellent written and verbal communication skills., * Ability to travel ~30% of the time.
