Bachelor in Engineering or a related field, GB Lean and courses in technical writing or communication, About 3–5 years of experience in similar roles as described above, Fluent English; Polish language will be valuable, CAD/CATIA understanding and willingness to travel to support multiple Vestas sites, Experience creating process flows, establishing and maintaining work instructions (paper or digital), and optimizing and standardizing within manufacturing documentation using relevant tools, Experience validating own work, knowledge of Control Plans, and working in a data-driven organization, Solid writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information, Technical ability, including translating technical jargon into clear, user-friendly documentation, High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in production documentation, Willingness to spend time in the factory environment to understand processes and solve problems, Experience with problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams, Self-motivated, result-oriented, and highly organized, Effective collaboration skills and ability to build networks across teams, cultures, and time zones
