Lead Data Engineer (GCP + Pyspark)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Lead Data Engineer (GCP / PySpark)Responsibilities:Acting as a technical lead / leading contributor in the Data Engineering areaOrganizing and structuring the team's workRemoving day to day technical and process blockersSupporting the team in technical and architectural decision makingActive communication with stakeholders and progress reportingContribution to the migration of the data platform to GCP Requirements:Experience in a Senior / Lead Data Engineer roleHands on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Strong knowledge of PySparkExperience in data engineering projects in a cloud environmentParticipation in data platform migrations (including migrations between technologies/environments)Knowledge of or experience in the following areas: CloudOps / DevOps, automation, CI/CD, reliability, observability (nice to have)Excellent communication skills – critical for this roleEnglish at minimum B2+ / C1 level (UK based client) Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
