Lead Test Automation EngineerB2B contract via Harvey NashDuration: long-termRate: 160-180 PLN net+VAT/ hRemoteTasks:Take over the leadership role for the cross-team QA Community of Practice.Support QAs in communication with internal/external stakeholders and set priorities.Design, build, and maintain automated tests (Java, Selenium, Cucumber).Improve automation practices, perform code reviews, and share best practices.Manage test coverage KPIs and reduce manual regression backlog.Requirements:5+ years in test automation and 1+ year in a leadership role (QA Lead/Community Lead).Programming experience in Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.Proficiency in API and Frontend testing.Solid knowledge of BDD and Gherkin driven methodologies.Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins) and Agile (Scrum, XP).Experience with Performance testing.Practical knowledge of DevOps principles.Strong background in exploratory testing and manual testing theory.Language: Fluent in English (technical and business). Must be allowed to work on B2B in Poland.
