Anforderungen

University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or related field., 3–5 years of experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or process optimization., Proven success in delivering Lean or cost saving projects., Experience leading workshops and cross functional improvement initiatives., Lean Green Belt / Black Belt certification is an advantage., Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills., Excellent communication and facilitation abilities., Fluent English (minimum B2)., Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI or M365 tools are a plus., Results driven mindset with strong change management capabilities.
