Learning Experience Designer (M/F/D)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Sciences, Digital Learning, Psychology, Communication, or a related field, 3–7 years of experience in Learning Experience Design, instructional design, or digital learning development—ideally within a multinational environment, Expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, design thinking) and have solid knowledge of adult learning principles and cognitive science, Experience in design clear and engaging storyboards, scripts and learning flows for a wide range of formats, Hands-on experience with digital authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond, Teams, Miro, etc.) and understand LMS ecosystems, A strong communicator, able to simplify complexity and collaborate effectively with SMEs, Learning Consultants, and business stakeholders, Passionate about creating meaningful, modern, and user-centric learning experiences, Creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance innovation with structure, Comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel, with strong organization and prioritization skills, Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset, Facilitation skills
