Logistics Coordinator

Zakres obowiązków Monitor all outbound orders and follow through to secure on‑time delivery to customers. Verify that all import‑related documentation is complete and accessible before inbound shipments arrive. Capture and log quality control (QC) results for all incoming deliveries. Handle logistics claims for inbound and outbound flows (e.g. damage, loss) in cooperation with service providers. Compile export documentation for non‑EU shipments, including commercial invoices and packing lists. Oversee ordering and coordination of operational consumables (such as packaging, labels and equipment). Contribute to day‑to‑day and weekly logistics operations and address ad hoc requests as they arise. Create and update structured reports to support shipment tracking, issue management and operational transparency. Keep accurate records and documentation in accordance with internal procedures and system requirements. Wymagania * 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipment support, or operational administration. * Familiarity with logistics processes including outbound tracking, inbound QC, claims handling, and documentation. * Basic understanding of export documentation for non-EU shipments. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to maintain trackers and prepare structured reports. * Experience using ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken. * Able to work independently within defined scope. * A true team player, result-oriented, reliable, and service-focused with strong follow-through. * Experience in working with external logistics providers or 3PLs is preferred.
