Maintanance SAP Administrator (All Genders)

Your responsibilities

• Implementation and maintenance of SAP-PM for the department.
• Ensuring the availability of machines and equipment through preventive maintenance planning and repairs.
• Procurement of materials, parts, and tools.
• Conducting appropriate inspections.
• Documentation and preparation of reports according to KPIs.
• Compliance with the requirements of the Schaeffler Management Manual.
• Implementation of a continuous improvement process within own area.

Our requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree or higher with demonstrated experience
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Familiarity with SAP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office Tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A strong can‑do approach with solution‑oriented mindset.
• Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level) .
• Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level) .
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
