Strong experience in a leadership role within maintenance operations, across a variety of processes (eg, machining, heat treatment, manual assembly, as well as special processes), Deep knowledge and practical experience of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, Possess (or able to gain) knowledge and supervisory qualifications for overseeing employees working on energy installations, Fluency in Polish and English, Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, Experience in a high volume/high clock-speed industry, Capability to analyze and resolve complex problems, Established project management skills, Continuous improvement mindset, Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address critical issues
