Manager for MS365 (Modern Workplace)

What you will do

• Design and implement Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions to enhance productivity across Microsoft 365.
• Lead client workshops to identify automation opportunities and AI-driven use cases.
• Develop and manage agent solutions integrated into Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Ensure secure and compliant deployment using IT guardrails (CI/CD, DLP, environment mgmt).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Microsoft stakeholders.
• Grow and mentor the internal team; contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing.
• Support change management and user enablement for AI adoption.

Requirements

• A university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Many years of experience in consulting and the solutions business with an entrepreneurial character and experience with one of MS365 solutions.
• Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of intelligent workplace concepts and AI-driven process automation.
• Background in consulting, solution design, or enterprise IT.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and data connectors.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise clients and technology partners.
• Experience in team leadership, mentoring, or talent development.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Polish; other languages a plus.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter
