Anforderungen

10 years experience in modern HR Administrative function of an international company with best in class HR standards and solutions, Experience in HR transformation, managing the change, resistance and different stakeholders. Project Management experience will be a plus, Higher education (preferred fields: HR, psychology, management, law, economics), Very good knowledge of labor law, Experience in team management, Fluency in English, Proactivity and initiative in action, Analytical and process-oriented thinking, Flexibility and openness to change, Independence and decisiveness, High work ethic and responsibility
